Sicomac PTO Presents: Creative Cooks After-School Program
Spring has sprung, and it's time to get back in the kitchen with Creative Cooks! Seasonal and fresh ingredients are the premise of any healthy dish, and the focus of this six weeks culinary class. It is a given, that if kids help prepare it, they just may try it!! And learning how to cook, provides self confidence and a sense of CAN DO spirit in us all!
Beginning Wednesday, April 30th, with a salsa party! Preparing for our very own Cinco de Mayo!! Next we will have an "egg-ordinary" course! With every little "chef" becoming familiar with nature's basic food and how to prepare it in various ways. Before the session ends, summer salads will be introduced, including favorites like pasta salads, watermelon and feta and tomato/basil! Are you hungry yet?! Sign up now, space is limited.
Cost: $145.00 includes all food/ supplies.
Classes are on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm on:
